As a sales representative at High Performance Homes is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high lead conversion rate. They report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with project coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include timely paperwork and financing completion, accurate estimates, prompt customer follow-ups, and adherence to company policies, including dress code and punctuality. Qualified sales must meet specific homeowner criteria, while disqualified sales include rentals, commercial properties, and homes with legal complications. Employees must maintain professionalism, follow company communication protocols, and contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and ethical conduct.
