Take your before photos
Take your selfie (optional)
Take your after photos (same angle)
Look out for your review link text (at the end of the job)
Leave your review with photos

When you are ready to submit your review:

Look for the review link in your email.
Tap the HPH link to open a page that shows “Review us on BBB” and “Review us on Yelp”
Tap “Review us on BBB”

When at BBB:

Tap “Review us on BBB”
Choose the star amount
Type your review
Check the box: “I have read and agree to the Customer Review Submission Terms”
Click “Leave your Review”
Fill out the “Provide Your Information to Leave a Review” form to include: First Name, Last Name, Email, Zip code, Phone number
Choose how to confirm your review:
1. Confirm via email
2. Confirm via text message
Click “Leave a Review”

Yelp

This is only for avid Yelp users. If you have never used Yelp before the review will not count, so please use Google.

Look for the review link in your email.
Tap the HPH link to open a page that shows “Review us on BBB” and “Review us on Yelp”
Tap “Review us on Yelp”

When at Yelp:

Tap “Review Us on Yelp.”
Tap “Log in” and log in as normal.
Choose the star amount (if you do not feel comfortable leaving 5-stars, then please ask us how we can earn more stars).
When posting your review, please use the name listed on your agreement so we know that it is you.
Type your review.
Tap the camera with a + inside to add photos.
Tap “Browse Files”
1. Tap “Photo Library” if they already have the photos.
2. Tap “Take Photo” if you are taking your photos.
Tap “Post Review” on the bottom, after adding all the photos.

When you are ready to submit your review:

Look for the review link in your email.
Tap the HPH link to open a page that shows “Review us on Google” and “Review us on Yelp”

When at Google:

Tap “Review us on Google.”
Choose the star amount (if you do not feel comfortable leaving 5-stars, then please ask us how we can earn more stars).
When posting your review, please use the name listed on your agreement so we know that it is you.
Type your review.
Tap “Add Photos.”
1. Tap “Photo Library” if you already have the photos.
2. Tap “Take Photo” if you are getting assistance in taking your photos.
Tap “Post” on the upper right hand corner.
