What You’ll Do:

As a Project Coordinator , you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of replacement projects for roofing, siding, windows, and baths. Your primary duties include:

  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with subcontractors to align their schedules with project timelines.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select, hire, and manage subcontractors for various tasks. Maintain clear communication, set performance expectations, and ensure subcontractors adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control expenses. Ensure that projects are completed within budget by tracking costs and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the progress and final results.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and progress. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the original plan.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project. Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to keep the project on track and minimize disruptions.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety among subcontractors and team members.
