Their sales rep did a great job explaining the benefits of the new windows and he did an even better job walking us through the financial side of the project. He clearly explained the financing options and he helped us every step of the way. In terms of their responsiveness and availability for questions I had a great customer experience. I was able to get ahold of our project manager super easily and she was able to help us with our questions to keep the project moving smoothly. The window crew did a fantastic job with the actual work. My house was left clean and free of dirt and project debris despite the pouring rain and the muddy conditions outside. I didn't have to worry about stray nails or prolonged holes in my house because they cleaned as they went and completed the windows one by one. They were also super nice and easy to work with. I was able to ask questions about the project and they were quick to consult me for project details like which windows I wanted done first/last and if I wanted them to match the original trim or go with the standard trim. I did really love the character of the original trim and they were able to recreate it without delaying the project. They also did a great job on our strange octagon shaped window. It was like a piece of cake for them, which I am sure is partly due to the team member that came out and measured our windows. His behind the scenes work has not gone unnoticed considering how smoothly everything went. The before and after wasn't even a fair comparison. The windows we had before were aluminum and original to the house (1991). They all had broken seals and moisture issues that caused mold and mildew. Half of them had missing screens too. The muntins were also ugly and outdated and reminded me of prison bars. The new windows are a stark contrast. The lack of muntins and new window design brings in more light and modernizes the space. The design also cuts down on noise pollution from the street and improves the temperature of the house just like the sales rep said it would. It's also nice to be rid of the moisture issues. The windows also came with a factory warranty so I'm resting easy about any future issues that life may throw my way. After working with them I am highly convinced that every member of their team is an outstanding professional. We will definitely be contracting with HPH when it comes time to get our roof replaced. Their work is high quality and their pricing is fair, but at the end of the day they are just great people to work with and that makes a difference. Everyone I've interacted with, from the project manager to the estimator, are truly proud of the work they do, the materials they use, and the level of customer service they provide. HPH puts in genuine effort to give you the best contracting experience possible for large projects like siding and roofing. I contracted HPH for a roof replacement. The project took about 3 days with almost zero work on my part. I received comprehensive guidance on how to prepare the home, what to expect, and what the process would look like. The pricing was negotiated in good faith, with transparency. I don't like HPH's "1 day only" pricing option, because it reminds me of shady high-pressure sales tactics, but I raised this concern with the estimator and after that conversation, I genuinely believe that the 1 day only price does represent a good-faith effort on HPH's part to reduce scheduling churn and time waste from unnecessary travel on the part of their estimators. One issue occured during my contract -- I have a shed, the re-roofing of which was included in the roofing contract. Due to a miscommunication on HPH's side, the work crew initially left without re-roofing the shed. Two short phone calls and *ONE BUSINESS DAY* later, I have a freshly re-roofed shed, and I'm in the queue for scheduling a quality inspection. Part of working with real people is that real people can make mistakes -- what matters is how quickly, easily, and effectively those mistakes can be fixed -- and HPH fixed their mistake faster than I could have expected and with less effort on my part than I could have anticipated. I wholeheartedly endorse using HPH for your roofing, siding, or window project.

Cyrah & Keith were very nice & patient with my mom & I. They were very likeable & friendly. They worked very hard to get my mom a monthly payment that she could handle. They said that it would take 2-3 days to get the roof done. The original date had to be rescheduled, which was great for me, too. The crew showed up as scheduled, while I was sleeping, which I expected. They never knocked on the door. They went straight to work. Brandi called to let me know that there was some damaged boards from dry rot, so they were replaced. My mom & I talked to a couple of the guys. They were very polite & nice! They worked very hard, and were able to get the roof done in 1 day!! They cleaned it all up, too! They left, as they arrived, without a word! Two of the guys came back the next day. The 3 of us walked around the outside of the house, going over everything they did, while my mom waited on the porch. They answered our questions & even took care of the old satellite dish that should have been gone years ago. The first 2 pictures are before, with moss scattered everywhere. The rest are after.

I was so pleased that our new roofing project was done in such a timely manner. We were told it would take 4 days. That is exactly what it required. They arrived everyday on time ready to work. There were no slackers, even though it was during our hottest days of this year. We are also pleased with the quality materials used. Our neighbors even commented on how nice it looks. Several of their homes will be needing roofs soon. Who knows, they might be in contact with HPH soon too. We are confident that the new roofing project will last us the rest of our lives because of the quality and workmanship of the roof.
